Quidditch
On Wednesday Key Stage 2 were visited by the coaches from Enrich Education to experience a day of Quidditch!
The children enjoyed a 'Sorting hat' assembly to identify the teams they would be in for the day, learnt and experienced a new sport and celebrated the top scorers and team winners 'Hufflepuff' won a yellow ribboned cup in an assembly at the end of the day too.
Here are a few comments from some of the children about the event, we hope they have enjoyed sharing their day with you at home too!
"We had so much fun. It was exciting and funny. We liked it when we scored goals through the hoops." Year 3

Francis- 6H "I liked it because we got to do lots of running around and we all had a part to play."
Jack- 6H "I really loved the whole day! We learned a whole sport in 40 minutes!"
Lana- 6H "I really liked the assembly at the end of the day when everyone was really excited to see who won the Quidditch cup!"
Katelyn- 6C "I loved that we actually got to play the Quidditch game!"
